Hello everyone here ..

Maybe someone can help me with this visa this thING rearly cinfused me and made me scared to death hehe.. this is my first time apply for a fiancee visa, my man lives in San fransisco california. We have been dating for almost 10 months and he had been visited me for 2 times .. first in may for 7 days in Bali and second time was in Jakarta and we had holida together in Yogyakarta. Total was 10 days, then we decided to marry in us and apply for k1 visa .. I met him late December on Asiandating ,, he got a lawyer to help us for everything .. but it still make me worried about some things .. what I want to ask is :

1. Is that going a problem if he never meet my parents in Jakarta but my mom knew my relationship with him ..we had video chat once together with him. And also he talked with my big sister and my young brother on fb .. the point is he never meet my family but my family know him very well and talk with him online,(just heard an experienced of my friend who applied the same visa, she said the interviewer asked if his fiancé meet her parents and her family and ask the pictures) I'm afraid of this issue will reject my visa ..

2.we have a different age so far .. he's around 39 and I 23 .. is the embassy will reject my visa because of my different age with him too far ..

The rest of documents I got tons if history chat on fb and pictures and other pictures with friends .. email and facetime call .. ticket bills ticket train .. I got them all

I would be appreciate soo much for your help guys ^_^

Hi...untuk menjawab pertanyaan nomor kamu no

Good luck

1. The only thing that matters is if you two have met in person w/in the last two years. Obviously you have. You're fine.

2. Significant age gaps are common. There is a 11 year gap between my wife and I. No concerns were brought up by the embassy.

You should be fine. I have yet to have heard a bad story/experience at the Jakarta embassy from K-1 applicants.
