Please help me, im from philippines and i work in taiwan before for 2 years 2011-2013,

what should i put in G-325A form question that "APPLICANT'S LAST ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF MORE THAN 1 YEAR"?

Simple, put your address where living in Taiwan.

Don't forget you will need a police clearance from Taiwan for the embassy portion of this process... (later)

When did you move back to the philippines and how long have you been back

You will put the last adress that you had live for a year or more outside united states

There is another question that ask about previous addreses that you can list all your addresss

I went back here in philippines 2013, yes i put my adress in taiwan in residence last five years also,

It is 2015 now so you have been in philippines longer then a year from 2013

So your philippines address is what you will put for the question you ask

Use your address in 'pinas, not Taiwan.
