My date of birth was wrong on the I-129f and when the NOA1 was sent out we noticed it. My fiancée rang them straight away to change it. They got back to him and said we needed to submit my birth certificate. So I sent it over to him and the day he received it our application was approved. How will we change the mistake now?

Don't worry about it. Same thing happened for an earlier visa for my wife. The don't actually print the visa until after the interview, so when you go for the interview, just tell them about the date of birth mix-up. They'll match the visa to your Irish passport, and it'll be fine. Congrats on the approval!

Get it corrected at the interview.
