Divorce would the normal option.

Yes if you are done co-operating with the immigration process (no joint petition) then a divorce would be eminent.

Your options are the same as anyone else in that situation. 1) Do nothing and remain neutral. Provide him with nothing to help his case but dont interfere either. With little evidence he probably wont get approved. 2) Work against him. You can send a letter detailing your position on how the marriage was in bad faith and you never shared anything and your opinion that he just used you for benefits. Anything you send would be deemed with whatever weight they feel is appropriate. I mean it is a letter from an ex-spouse who has been cheated on. 3) work with him providing a positive letter and documents he needs so he has the best chance of being approved.

Thank you. Yes I am a bitter wife but making things hard has never been my style so I will just stay neutral and let him figure it out on his own
