Joint Sponsor Help !!!!

Hello,

My wife who is a US citizen is making her friend joint sponsor for me. I have a few questions I am confused about, but first my wife didn't make enough last 2 years according to her tax returns. She needs to make enough for household of 4 ( 3 kids from her old husband ) and including me. My questions are

1. My wife's friend she has 1 kid under 18 are the only one living with her, so how many household members does she need to qualify for? Does it include me and my wife and her kids ? Or Only me and my wife's friend

3. How much would she need to make exactly?

4. Last Question if my wife fill the form I-864 so does her friend should to fill same form I-864 or other type , and does my wife should send her I-864 even not making enough and wait for NVC to ask for Joint Sponsor or we should send Sponsor Form and Joint Sponsor in AOS Package from the begin without letting NVC to review and tell us

Answers:

• Joint sponsor's household count is 3 (her, her kid, you)
• Refer to the I-864P, the number there shows the minimum amount to qualify for the applicable household size (be sure to look under the 125% column unless on active duty military)
• Your wife and her friend will both complete an I-864. Sponsor's and Joint Sponsor's I-864 packages should be submitted together.

One More Question Our I-130 approved since 22 July and we still didnt Get any Notice From NVC wut should we do , do we need to wait for NVC to Contact us Or we Should Do something if so wut is it

That's irrelevant to the Spousal Visa process. However, it is something she can seek redress on from the applicable court of jurisdiction.

i'm sorry Mr Ryan H for to many Questions i'm Just trying to make Sure to not do anything wrong and make more delay for our Process , so when we pay the invoices of AOS and make the AOS Packages ready we will send both forms One for Sponsor my wife and one for Joint Sponsor her friends tegother and wut about my last Question = One More Question Our I-130 approved since 22 July and we still didnt Get any Notice From NVC wut should we do , do we need to wait for NVC to Contact us Or we Should Do something if so wut is it
