Additional fees at embassy with new prices..

Good evening VJ friends.. I have asked this question before, but I have not gotten a clear answer ???. I paid for the IV application back in September, a day before the prices went up. I paid $230 for each visa application, one for my husband, and the other one for my daughter. I also paid $88 for the AOS processing. Now, I am all confused because since the prices went up, I keep getting people telling me that I am going to have to pay the difference, and I have other people telling me that there are no extra charges because I already paid. THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! Money is really, really tight right now, and I would love to know if I have to borrow more money to pay any extra charges or not.. If someone here has been in the same situation, please let me know as soon as you get the chance. I have my interview on August 28th, and I am really worry about more money to be paid. There's nothing more you need to pay in visa fees but the green card fee after interview online on ELIS which is $165. You fee's you paid are good for a year.

Nonimmigrant and immigrant visa application fees for certain visa categories changed on September 12, 2014. All visa applicants must pay the fee amounts in effect on the day they pay, with the exception of Immigrant Visa application processing fees paid domestically to the National Visa Center (NVC), which will be effective as of the date of billing.

Fees that decreased are not refundable. If you paid a visa fee before September 12, 2014 and that fee decreased, we cannot give you a refund.

Fees that increased (nonimmigrant fees only): If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or after December 12, 2014, you will be required to pay the difference between the old and new fee amounts – no exceptions.

Thank you so much, this is such a relief! I was so worry about it. I know that we are going to have to pay $165 per immigrant once the visa is granted, I just wasn't sure about any other fees.
