I found an old thread on this (in 2010) but I will be in this boat next month. Anyone with this experience recently?



I will be visiting the US next month, I have a previously issued valid B1/B2 visa and have visited US in the past. Now that we filed our I-129F I am a little worried if that would be a problem at POE.



Appreciate your thoughts on this.

hey! I just returned from the States just over a week go after visiting my fiancé for 2 weeks. I had no problems at all, was just asked how long I intend to stay and what was the purpose of my visit which I replied to see my fiancé. He handed back my passport and off I went, no issues at all.It is totally fine to travel while the I-129f is in process.
