Ghana Interview date notification

Hi, I am reading in US Consulate information that Packet 3 and 4 are emailed. My question is are they emailed to the U.S. citizen as my email was the only one given in the I-129 application. (In the section where I signed and dated the petition). I'm worried about the embassy mailing information to my fiance in Abeka because I haven't been able to mail him any letters successfully to his church's address that he uses to receive mail. Not certain if it's reliable for mail within Accra. Any input from those with receipt of an interview date is much appreciated!

I have a lawyer, but everything they mail out came to me and my lawyer, and I would call and tell my husband when ever something was sent, when my husband receives mail the post office calls him, can your fiancée give his number at the post office, and when I mail him things I tell him when it's expected and I give him the tracking number so he checks it also and will go to the post office near the time it's suppose to arrive check for it, can he do the same? I know it's time consuming but that is how it's work for us

when your status says "ready", email the embassy (see the us embassy ghana steps for emailing them) and ask for the when your beneficiary can go to the embassy to pick up the packet.

A date and time will be given and your beneficiary can print the email and go to the embassy to pick up the packet.

The packet will have the interview date on it.
