Emailing IV & AOS packages

I have a few questions. I read that for mailed packages, both AOS & IV must be mailed together.

I have decided to do e-processing.

1) Should I put all docs from IV & AOS in one email? or should I send two separate emails one containing all AOS docs and one for IV?

2) I am going to include a cover sheet for IV and for AOS. I understand that each separate document file must be in its own .PDF file. Should I leave the cover page by itself?

3) re: 5MB limit. Is this limit for ALL documents in IV and AOS ? or 5mb for IV and 5mb for AOS?

2. Have the cover page be the first page of each individual PDF file.
3. Erring on the side of caution, the 5MB limit is TOTAL size (maybe recent EP filers will chime on this). One thing you can do to reduce the size of a PDF is to find a computer that has the full version of Acrobat installed (I went to my local library); the full version has a feature that will reduce the size of the file without compromising the integrity of it.

according to NVC "Create a separate file for each document, including all of its pages and both sides of double-sided documents. Do not include multiple documents in any scan file."

If I include the coverpage on every .pdf file, there is going to be dozens of little pdf files with the same coverpage....

if anybody else can share some insights and tips, please do
