administrative processing in NVC

Hello,

Me and my fiancee are currently in middle of the K1 visa process.

What happened so far:

I-129F packet sent on May 10

I-129F received on May 12

NOA1 received on May 16

case approved by USCIS on June 30

NOA2 received on July 1

On July 27 we called NVC and they informed us that our case was in administrative processing.

For what we have seen in several K1 visa application timelines the NVC usually doesn't take long to process the application before sending it to the US consulate.

Should we be worried about this?

Hi 52078k,

Did you try to call them again?

Maybe you need to start calling every day.

As far as I know, you can contact the NVC two weeks after you receive the NOA2 to see if they received your approved I-129F. And you already passed the time.
