Hi It takes 30-45 days I'm on day 31 as of today. I am going to say of July 1st hit with no answer I will call. It should not be much longer

My first scan date it took them 45 days to reply with a RFE. They said our AOS wasn't signed, which of course was!

Our scan date was April 18, 2016. 45 days later I called them for an update. My case automatically put into Supervisor review because it wasn't touched :clock:

I think I lucked out with whomever got hands on our case....

02/16/2016 - Petition Sent to NVC.

03/03/2016 - After calling NVC, Received the Case# and IIN
03/03/2016 - DS 261(choice of agent form) filled and AOS fee paid

03/07/2016 - IV Fee paid

03/14/2016 - DS 260 completed

03/17/2016 - Sent AOS & IV Documents

03/18/2016 - NVC Received the Documents (Email received on 3/21/2016 stating NVC Received the Documents on 3/18/2016 )

04/29/2016 - InterviewLetter (P4)

06/16/2016 - Visa Interview/Visa Approved

Congrats my timeline is similar only thing has I send a copy of husband passport. Just overnighted the other day. Hopefully the next few weeks I get my interview letter

Omg just checked my mail my Hubby interview is scheduled for October 15. God is good I'm so nervous excited and happy. I just sent a copy of his passport last week.

Well today is the day. My wife left Brasil yesterday and just landed in Florida to go through POE. She text me that she landed and was about to get off the plane but had to shut her phone off due to the immigration room.

now I wait, could be quick, could take a few hours but I just pray nothing goes wrong and she gets sent back for some odd reason.

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

LOCAL OFFICE- December 2nd 2015 :o

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

DS-261 Completed- March 18th 2016

AOS Fee Paid- March 18th 2016

IV Fee Paid- March 26th 2016

IV Application Completed- March 30th 2016

IV and AOS packages sent- May 19th

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

Interview set for June 20th (super short notice!)

VISA DENIED at interview but followed up over email :cry:

VISA ARRIVED 6/30/2016 with no notice of approval over email :pop:

POE Fort Lauderdale 8/15/16 Went smoothly and she's home! :dance:

I can't wait to feel what you feel either!

To me seeing my husband on American ground will be the end to this long journey!

My husband will be landing at LAX with a 3 hour layover. I'm worried he could miss his next flight... Hopefully his POE interview (or whatever) is fast too.
