My fiancé interview is on 8/12 I'm on SSDI and make over the poverty level along with LDT from my last company. The paper work can be confusing. But the SSDI is well above the poverty line, by itself. Will I have a problem because I collect SSDI. On a side note I'll be going back to work in 2016.

Thanks

Should not be a problem. Be sure to provide proof of all your incomes. It can sometimes help to also include bank statements that show how much is deposited to you each month. If you can get a letter from your company that states when you will return to work, that could be useful as well.
