Hi,

I would just like to ask if you cannot provide the vaccination record. What is the best thing to do? Shall we have to get applicable vaccines and will medical at St. Luke's be able to provide it?

Thank you!!

St. Luke's does not require a vaccination record. If you have one, bring it. If you don't have it, don't worry. St. Luke's will give you the required vaccinations. The vaccinations are already included in the cost of the medical.

The cost of the medical has gone up since my wife completed it in 2009. The current cost is listed on St. Luke's web site. There's lots of good info on their web site.

Follow Tahoma's instructions they are right on.

The medical exam fee is US$245 for adults (15 years and older) and US$185 for children (under 15 years of age). SLEC does not accept credit card or dollar payments. The fees must be paid in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of the exam.

More information on the medical exam here.

hi... how about vaccines records of the kids? is slec need to have their record?

Again, if you have records bring them with you. They are not needed as the SLEC examiner's will determine what vaccinations are needed for both adults and children.
