More evidence in Packet 3 & 4? WHY?

HI GUYS! NEED A QUICK RESPONSE!

WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SEND THE EMBASSY WHEN THEY ASK MORE PROOF OF EVIDENCE IN PACKET 3? WE ALREADY SENT TONS OF EVIDENCE WHEN WE FILED IN THE BEGINNING ? SHOULD WE SEND THE SAME MATERIAL EXPECT FOR THE CHATTING PART WHICH WE CAN SEND SOME RECENT FILES?

VERY CONFUSED. ALSO THE PHOTOS WE TOOK WE ALMOST SENT 20. SHOULD WE SEND MORE? THEY ARE ALMOST THE SAME JUST DIFFERENT POSES LOL

Be thankful that the consulate is giving you the chance to further prove the bona fide nature of your relationship and apparently intends to consider what you send. Supply anything of that nature that you haven't already provided. Omit any chats in which you might refer to each other (in fun) as "husband" or "wife," or you can end up in deep trouble.

Congratulation to the point you have arrive.

I talked with my faience about your question, and our opinion is that : sent to them proves of your unboxing relationship from e moment you played till present.

I don't think you have to send them the same proves you have send in the beginning .

In adition sent them proves of meeting in person and proves that shown how did you pass those days. Ex.

1. Boarding pass

2. Passports

3. Booking in hotels where you have stayed , co paying with your photos in those hotels and places .

4. Photos with your friends, family, relatives.

Fees for present you have give to each other

Omg, I am really scared and worried because i dint really check that 'wife' and 'husband' thing.. we called each other that since first week after we met

thank you very much for your answer. Are you also applying for k1 visa? what point have you arrived?

I submited already everything but i still havent gotten an answer from the embassy if they have received my package or not. im really concerned now

We are applying for k1 visa, and we are almost at the same stage. We got the instruction email for package 3 by the embassy, but will mail the documents in the middle of August because my fiancé will be here and we will organize my documents and his documents in one folder ( since he was waiting from NVC to ask for financial support , he didn't sent those documents to me, and because he is coming for vacation, we will mail from tirana all the requaried documents in package 3)

I don't know why did you post the documents via posta shqiptare, maybe better to do it by DHL. THEY ARRIVE IN 2 days. Posta shqiptare is fast , but has a longer way than dhl.

If we can have any possibility to talk, any phone number, I would I really consider it.

Don't worry , you will get an answer soon.

I hope you have notice that The filers from California office get the NOA 2 answer very fast, despite filers of Texas office who get the NOA 2 after 6-7 months
