Green card renewal question

Well, it has obviously been quite a while since I've been here!

My green card is expiring next year so I went to take a look at the filing process and all of that. I noticed that it was talking about attaching evidence. It didn't specify what kind of evidence but I was wondering if they typically ask you to provide any type of evidence if you're simply renewing your green card? If yes, what could that be?

For a simple I-90 renewal you do not need to provide any evidence other than the required documents for the form.
