Do we need our MNL number to start the DS160? I couldn't find it. Thanks.

Not partically there is a spot for case number....doesn't specify. Some put their USCIS number...no issues,

MNL number is not required to complete the DS-160. More information on completing the DS-160 here.

i got approved last week!:) i still dnt have my case number .but can i start doing the DS160??and pag my visa?or do i need the noa2 copy to do all the things that i have to do later on

You can have your fiance go ahead and do the 134 for you and you can do the DS-160 online, use the USCIS number on it if you need to. You cannot pay the visa until you get the MNL though. Follow greenbaums instructions above....

Your visa application. Everything up to this point was the petition to apply for the visa. You've been approved to apply for the visa so now you apply using the DS-160

Copy of NOA2 is not needed for anything in Manila. You need your MNL# to get the ball rolling!
