Hi guys!! Does anyone know where one can inquire about the green card? I crossedJune 16, paid ELIS fee on June 8, and still no green card in the mail. I got my ssn within 2 weeks but not the GC. Any thoughts?

It takes about 30 to 45 days to receive the GC.

You could try calling USCIS to see if was returned to them or make an InfoPass appointment.

I called USCIS and the lady said it now takes at least 45 days from POE for the card to be mailed. I checked ELIS and got my new case # and it was updated on the USCIS site. Card was mailed to me today.

But you're right. It's taking a little longer.

My POE was April 15th, still nothing. I emailed them and they said they have forwarded my inquiry to Texas Service Center. I heard nothing from them and over 40 days have passed. So now i have emailed Texas Service Center.

Any suggestions?

01/13/14 - NVC Assigned Case Number, BIN and IIN


01/13/14 - Electronic Processing Request Sent

01/17/14 - Electronic Processing Request Accepted


02/03/14 - AOS E-Mailed


02/01/14 - IV bill invoice available and paid


02/04/14 - DS-260 Available and completed


02/04/14 - IV package emailed


04/07/14 - Case Complete


04/08/14 - Medical Complete


04/13/14 - Interview Date

Nope It can take 3 months or more. Right now from my ELIS thread it sounds like processing time is at minimum 45 days.
