Hey guys, my interview is around the corner, just 3 more days!

I separated all the documents that they request but could you guys check with me and see if I am missing anything?

Documents:
* Passport (Original / Copy)
* Birth Certificate [beneficiary’s & Petitioner’s] (Original / Copy)
* Marriage Certificate (Original / Copy)
* Military Certificate (Original / Copy)
* Police certificate [up to date] (Federal / State)
* 2x Passport photos.

Forms:
*I-130

*G-325A [beneficiary’s & Petitioner’s]

*I-864 [sponsor]
- Letter explaining why didn't filled taxes 2014 / 2013 / 2012

*I-864 [Co-sponsor]
- IRS [2014/2013/2012]
- W2 [2014/2013/2012]
- Paystubs [2014/2013/2012]
- Employment Letter with salary
- Birth certificate (Copy)

Proof of relacioship:
* Life insurance / Dental / Health insurance – Her being under my work insurance
* Credit Card – Under her name in my account
* Facebook chat (4 days of conversation from every month since January)
* Civil weeding photos / Photos with friends / Photos with family
* Affidavit of sworn from my mother-in-law and mom

Proof to reestablish residence:
* Bank statements
* Voter registration
* Driver License
* Letter from my mother-in-law saying that we will be living with her when we get there for a few months

Invoices & Letters:
* Copy of NOA1 / NOA2 / Welcome letter / Interview Letter / Invoices of payments done( AOS - IV)

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Thanks Ryan! Anything I should add?

Nothing that I can think of. When I was lining out items earlier, I didn't notice that I had accidentally lined out the interview letter. DO bring the interview letter, but not the other items I lined out, they are of no use to you at this juncture and are nothing more than fluff pieces taking up space.

How did it go?

May 7, 2014 - I-130 sent to Chicago, IL Lockbox

May 12, 2014 - Case recieved at Chicago, IL.

May 13, 2014 - Case accepted. Received LIN#. Case forwarded to USCIS, Nebraska. i-797 hard copy received shortly after.
