That doesn't seem like a long time to me, particularly for Nebraska. But I know when you're waiting for a reply, it seems like an eternity.

I hope you hear something soon!

Hello. I mailed my I-129f for a K3 visa on February 22nd and according to delivery confirmation it arrived on Feb. 24th (in Nebraska). I still have not received the NOA1 and the check has not been cashed. At what point should I start to worry and what can I do?

Ally

You sent the I-129F for your spouse to Nebraska???? An I-129F which enables your spouse on approval to apply for a K-3 visa should of been sent to the Chicago Lockbox address and they then forwarded it to the NBC for processing. Had you already submitted an I-130 to Nebraska and received an NOA1? The NOA1 which has to be included along with a I-129F??
