Thank you to everyone here for always providing your opinions and other answers, I really appreciate it.

My wife and I are just about to send off our I-864 package, but I wanted to make one last check and ask about part 6, question 13 of the I-864.

For the last 3 years, the total income numbers, these should match line 22 of the 1040 tax returns right?

You should only use the "adjusted gross income" number from your 1040 if filing the 1040EZ form, is that correct?

But a question for you, what did you put in PART 6, Item 5.MY CURRENT INDIVIDUAL INCOME IS :

[NikLR 13,220]

Yes you use total income if you filed a 1040.

Current annual income is what you should make, this year (2015)

Spock, I put my estimated income for this year, 2015 as my current annual individual income.
