Hi All,

I'm the US Petitioner, living in Australia with my wife and two kids.

I'm petitioning for my wife and two step kids to come to the U.S.... I've just received my NVC Welcome letter: one for each person: my wife, step-son and my step daughter... So 3 in total.

So specifically, there were 3 welcome e-mails that have 3 different NVC Case Numbers with the next steps to take

My questions are:

#1. Do I definitely need to fill this out for EACH of the three people?

I imagine I do since they are each tied to a case number.

#2. When I fill out the DS-261, the beneficiary and person being listed throughout is NOT me, the petitioner, correct? It would be my wife on one, my step-son on another, and my step-daughter on another?

Thank you so much!

Yes each person needs a case number and IIN. Each will need a DS-261. You only need to pay one AOS fee but you need three separate, complete, AOS packages, three IV fees, three IV packages, and three DS-260s. The children will both need a medical as well.

For DS-261 I would name the petitioner as the agent for each person.
