hello! Me and my US citizen husband just got married about a month ago, we already filled my AOS. My question is , is it ok that th name in my passport copy that i submitted is my name when im still single? And 1 thing more , my passport is still valid until 2019? Can i still use it even if i am already married or should i change my name already to my married name?

Hi :)

I did submitted my AOS paperworks along with my passport copy with my single name on it and I had no problems. The marriage certificate will be proof of that. In my opinion, it is better to renew my passport using my married name on it even if it's valid for a long time to avoid any form of confusion or questioning on the airport :) Just my opinion since I am currently changing my passport on my married name too to avoid any kind of hassle on my future travels abroad ;)
