I won't go into my long history in trying to get my application in, but needless to say, when I'm ready a new bill comes up. I'm hoping not this time. I'm ready to file. I just don't want to go and re-do my photos again. It's been about two months? Does Immigration make a big deal of this? should I just suck it up and re-do just to be safe?

My understanding is that the US does not care so mich as long as it still looks like you. I was in this situation, but decided to just spend the money to get new ones done so I wouldn't have to think about it.

I don't think you even require dates on the photos for US
