Hi VJers,

My daughter (Derivative) is scheduled to attend our interview on the Aug 19th. When approved, the visas will be issued in a few days. She will be unable to travel to the USA at that time. So, can I go to the USA by myself with my package and then come back for her?

Yes, but get her B4 six mths from the date its issued (don't complicate matters)

she will have to enter to activate things then
