Oh rubbish! :( errrmmm....my partner would be considered as a skilled worker....and he would be applying for a permanent position....I've noted down that it may be an I-140 (E3) that would be required but don't quote me on that....as you can probably guess I'm not very good at this :(

Unless you are Australian, you do not qualify for the E-3. Its ours, and we protect that very special visa!
