why do you need to contact them, are you beyond normal processing times? It is useless to contact anyone until you are past estimated processing times. You have no timeline so without knowing your circumstance no one can give you a correct answer. What have you applied for?

Came from Canada on visitor B2 visa.It's been 133 days since my interview. Hopefully its within the time frame to get something started. What is an immigration liason? How did yours go after you contacted them?

I got married about 8 months later. Filed i130 and i485,had our interview. They said there wasn't enough evidence so they said come back in a few hours. They gave us a stokes interview separately. All went well, he said I need my long form birth certificate and after they receive it we will be approved. I did a rush service ordering one from Canada. Sent it to USCIS with no tracking, sent it with tracking and I sent it a third time overnight. Didn't hear anything since.
