Hi

I have a joint sponsor who meets income requirement on his own and he files his taxes jointly with his wife

My question is, is his wife need to file the I864A too?

THANK YOU for replies

What should be mentioned as income in I864..

I am planning to submit both 864 and 864A ..

The IT return gets filled jointly..confused what should be mentioned in Income in both 864 and 864A?

Whether is should be individual income or it should be total income in both forms ?

If he meets the requirement comfortably, there is no need for I864a. I had similar case and submitted only I 864.
