how to track my case from NVC to Consulate?

Hi,

My I129F was approved on 06/03. I want to know where it is now.

I called that 0700 NVC number, but it is always busy. I sent email, no reply.

I contacted the consulate, they said they need a case number from NVC to check.

Does anybody have any suggestin?

Mine got approved on the 23rd of March and I've had no response yet either. What country are you interviewing in?

You just have to keep calling unless you want to wait for the embassy to contact you once they have received your case.

K-1 Journey: 309 days from received to POE (TSC)

 

 

[september 11, 2014] - I-129F received by USCIS

[september 15, 2014] - NOA1
[May 27, 2015] - NOA2
[July 9, 2015] - I N T E R V I E W! (APPROVED!)
[July 13, 2015] - Issued
[July 14, 2015] - Visa in hand
[July 16, 2015] - POE JFK

AOS Journey: 169 days from received to GC in hand (NSC)

[July 18, 2015] - Sent out AOS package

[July 21, 2015] - Received

[July 24, 2015] - NOA1 (3x)

[August 18, 2015] - Biometrics

[september 19, 2015] - EAD/AP approval (63 days)

[January 6, 2016] - Green Card approved without interview(166 days)

[October 30, 2017] - Sent package

[November 3, 2017] - NOA1

[November 18, 2017] - Biometrics letter received

[December 5, 2017] - Biometrics

[December 18, 2018] - Card is being produced (no interview)

[December 22, 2018] - Received Green Card

You just have to keep calling unless you want to wait for the embassy to contact you once they have received your case.

My lawyer says to wait for the embassy to contact me... So I'm just not sure what to do now. It's been so long. I haven't made any attempts to contact the embassy because of her advice.

If you really want to inquiry about your case, it won't hurt your case or anything if you call NVC. It's nice to get some answers

The only option is to keep redialing the NVC, it can take several attempts before a successful connect.

02 Aug 2012 -- Met online

23 Feb 2013 -- Relations began (L)

19 May 2014 -- Visited! :luv:

26 Jun 2014 -- Engaged :dancing:

15 Oct 2014 -- I-129F package finished and mailed to Dallas

17 Oct 2014 -- NOA1 (email) TSC

22 Oct 2014 -- ARN updated

13 May 2015 -- NOA2 (email) :dancing:

19 May 2015 -- NOA2 Hardcopy

4 June 2015 -- NVC received (I think lol) Case number assigned.

11th June 2015 -- NVC sent to Bridgetown

16th June 2015 -- Bridgetown received

17th June 2015 - PCKT3 received
30th June 2015 - PCKT4 received

9th July 2015 - Medical (too many needles :/ )

21st July 2015 - Interview date :goofy:

10th August 2015 - Approved

12th August 2015 - Issued

13th August 2015 - Visa in hand via DHL

24th August 2015 - US arrival (POE MIA)

That's the number. Just keep redialing until you get through
