FILLING OUT I751, HAVE QUESTIONS, PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys! So I am the wife who petitioned her husband and we are now filling out the I751 and I have some questions. If you could please just help answering those questions we'd really appreciate it!

  • For part 1 numbers 3a-3c I don't understand what to put in that part? I know that under Other Names Used I put obviously if I use any other names which he hasn't so I left it blank. But as far as #3a-3c I'm not sure what they are asking me to put?
  • Also may I leave the boxes blank if the questions don't apply or do I have to put N/A?
  • Part 1 #22 "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident?" Permanent resident? Aren't they suppose to say "Conditional Resident"? Because as a conditional resident yes we have moved since my husband came here, so I'm not sure whether or not to say yes or no?
  • Part 3 #6f & 6g Postal Code, do I need to know it? Province, I'm not sure if west palm beach is in a province?
  • Part 3 #5 Alien number? On my certificate of U.S. citizenship it has my A-number but as a "US citizen" I thought I didn't need my A-number anymore, so do I put it or not?
  • Part 5 #1-3 My husband isn't requesting any accommodation so should I leave it blank or do I have to put no?
  • Also, can I send the fee through a money order? If so, to who do I make it payable to? And do I send the check with the package? Or do I have to send it else where? Or is there an electronic way to pay the uscis?

Hi,

The instructions slearly state that you leave sections blank that are not applicable to you.

1. No other names? Leave it blank.

2. You are a conditional permanent resident. The only difference between you and someone who got a 10-yr green card was that you were married for 2 years or fewer. You were always an LPR - legal permanent resident. Answer accordingly.

3. If you reside in the US the zip code is all that is applicable. Again, not applicable, leave it blank.

4. Put your A-number. If they are asking for it, why would you think you could leave it out?

5. Please read the instructions for the form. uscis.gov/forms Click on "green bard based forms" and then download and read the instructions. It tells you exactly to whom payment it made and where to mail.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
