CR1 - Red Flags

Mhh....1 more possible red flag I could think of. I was separated from my ex-wife already, but until we divorced it took years to get the final settlement on the court. In this time I was already with my new wife, the LPR. This is basically considered adultery and could be a red flag? Like that my morals are not good?

I do not think they look at divorces for moral character. Immigration is more concern about fraud marriages. your documentation looks good but if you have good money, hire good US attorney for all your immigration work. The reason is that he will handle all your affairs while your spouse is not in country. This will reduce lot of stress and experience attorney will make sure your case be handle smoothly.

I hired visacoach.com . I talked to 3 different lawyers and can tell that they may be very educated but have mostly handled only a couple of F2A or CR1 cases.
