So basically I told you about the fact that we had our interview on April 27th and we were 221ged for a missing police clearence. Well we recieved it and sent in in the end of last month. Just when they started to look at it the technical glitch occured and CEAC put as as AP on June 10th. Today after constantly checking like every 2 hours, I noticed the status was changed to June 22 (even though it is the 23rd and I looked at it a few hours ago) and it still says AP. I called NVC tı see what was going on and the guy told me that CEAC is messed up due to the technical failure and he sees that my visa is ready to be issued!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I-129F Sent: 10/10/2014

NOA1: 11/3/2014

NOA2: 12/08/2014

Interview:4/27/2015

221g denial for missing police clearence
Recieved Police Clearance on 6/1/2015
Sent Police Clearance and Passport to embassy on 6/2/2015
CEAC Status updates:
6/9/2015- AP
6/10/2015-AP
6/22/2015- AP
6/24/2015- READY
Case Creation Date Changed: 6/24/2015
Changed from Immigrant to Non-IV visa: 6/24/2015
6/25/2015- AP again :(
6/29/2015- ISSUED!
7/01/2015- Visa in hand

Awesome! Congrats! My sister is still on AP since her interview last June 5,2015. They requested her CENOMAR, she went ahead and submitted it the same day. Her date changed to June 06 theb June 15 and I'm hoping we're on the same boat. :) I just sent an email to them if what's the real deal. Anyways, congrats! Keep us posted of when did your fiancé recieved the visa.

Just tell her that CEAC is wrong due to the glitch. NVC has more details

Now my Ceac status is READY and our Case creation date has been changed to June 24. we got it!!!! Now they need to write issued.
