What's the longest waiting time that a visa was issued from the people in this forum or from what you've heard from others?

in fb groups 4 months. Thats the longest so far that i have seen

@james and edlie For sure you'll get your visa soon. I've read someone who had refused before then went to ready then issued. ?? Its says it means their processing it. So just be patient if not you

Can i ask? How long does it take them to answer in an email? I emailed them this Thursday and still no answer. I emailed them at support-philippines@traveldocs.com

No one can say for sure when they will reply. Just need a little patience. It may take 1 to 4 weeks to hear back from them.

Your father's updates reflect that his file is being touched. Normally, you will have four updates till issued. Emailing or calling the embassy is not going to help at the stage that your in, because yours is "normal processing".

You need more patience and let the process run a little longer before you "panic".

What's the longest waiting time that a visa was issued from the people in this forum or from what you've heard from others?

Sometimes up to and including beyond a year. If there are issues they need to be resolved and USEM will take their time vetting the information for their answer.

This is a marathon, not a race. Lots of patience is required.

Yeah.... It was different when I had my interview in 2011, it was less than 2 weeks for them to process my F2B visa.... i was thinking it was going to be the same for my wife.... But...... It's been a month and a half since the interview and the status is still AP, with the last update as August 3.
