Dissolved Domestic Partnership vs Divorce on I-129F

Hello all.

So, my fiance is a Canadian citizen, and was previously in a domestic partnership (not to me) in Canada that has been officialy disolved. In regards to I-129F Part 2-10 "Marital Status" and Part 2-13, "Prior Spouse," do these have to be filled in, as no dissolution certificate was received? She was not married by Canadian law, but was required to jointly file taxes per the domestic partnership. Just trying to make sure all our information is correct the first time around.

As you mentioned yourself, your fiance was never married therefor she never had a spouse.
