Since I sent all my supporting documents in email along with typed DS-260 on May 19th, since I wasn't able to log in at that time, I think that's the reason my mailed in fee got processed faster. Today after almost a week of filling actual DS-260, I recieved a confusing email from nvcatorney, asking me to fill the form, and send the supporting documents, I took the opportunity to call NVC, and ask what's going on in my case, since I am confused ...

He said he received all my documents except police certificate. I told him I attached a proof of communication with windsor police that police certificate would be ready for me when I go to Canada for consular interview. He made a note of that and sent to his supervisor. I asked when should I call back to hear the status of supervisor decision, he said call in a week.

I am hoping a case complete much sooner than 30 days of DS-260..

Doubtful without the police certificate.

But it will be interesting to see.

I have been living in us for last 5 years. I am sure your police certificate knowledge is mostly based on marriage related cases not Employment Based.

That's true. You'll find few people on here that have done employment based. Dont worry, point taken.

I haven't seen anyone else here yet for EB case.

All EB usually are found on Adjustment of Status forums.

I called again, and turns out the note that guy placed in is still there, for his supervisor to review. And the supervisor review takes 42 days.

I guess no easy way to get supervisor to work any faster than that.
