DS-160 Error! What Can We Do?

My finance and I accidentally said no to the following question on the DS-160:

"Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?"

We both thought it meant "college level". But this also could be High School? We already submitted the DS-160 and she mailed some documents to the embassy in Tokyo the other day.

Is this going to cause a denial? What can we do?

Just fill out a new DS-160, and take the confirmation page with you to the interview.

12/30/2020 -- Received notice online that an interview was scheduled

No, it will not cause a denial. You either edit the current DS-160 you filled out or just create a new one.
