The NVC website is still down and it doesnt seem that its going to get restore any time soon. As we had sent out documents along with payment of AOS fee in the mail and finally we received a letter from NVC stating that they got our documents on 18th May and they require 30 days for review till they can schedule an interview with our relevant consulate. Now I want to ask i didnt receive any invoice of acceptance regarding payment of AOS fee and My consultant said that till I dont get the Invoice I cant make payment of Bill IV.

Since the website is down so does any one knows in how many days a hardcopy of the invoice of payment of AOS fee arrives?

And NVC said 30 days they need to review all of our documents so in between that time frame they will send the Bill IV themselves our we wither have to wait for the website and check the payment portal our selves whether it got available or not or should we have to call NVC to tell us if we now can pay the payment of Bill IV?

And in the end if the NVC completes its review n send the documents to the relevant consulate how much time does the consulate gives the applicant in between the interview and the medical?

Thanks in Advance

That was not a good idea, you should had send both fee the AOS and IV. This is only my opinion and not stating thats is 100% accurate just in case i get any debate over this.

Here is the problem that i see, Once the AOS fee is available to be paid online, the IV fee will be available to be paid 1 week later but since the system is down, nobody can pay anything. Now lets just say the system comes back up tomorrow, then that means everybody can pay there fees BUT yours will be on stand by since they will take 30 days to review and process in comparing to just 1 day online if the system comes back up. Now lets just say the system is still down for another 30 days then your ahead of everybody else BUT now you would need to wait for the IV to be available and it would be useless to mail that separate because it will take another 30 days to process it. but if both fees where send at the same time then only one 30 day trip would had been done.

Hope this didnt confuse you, I paid the AOS fee online and still waiting over a month for the IV fee to show up and was about to mail it but was told it would take 30 days to process mail payments and if the system gets fix tomorrow then i would be F, so i have no choice but to gamble and wait for it.

I did called NVC and they said my IV fee will show up soon lol but that was over a week ago and my opinion of soon is 24-48 hours and thier opinion of soon is 24-48 days lol.

Thank you Deleted434, problem was that initially we did manage to pay AOS fee on line on 10th April 2015 but some how it didnt get through and got rejected and regarding we should have sent both the fees i.e AOS and IV togather, I was of the same view but our consultant said you can not pay IV bill fee till the AOS fee is processed and you get the invoice of it by NVC. So thats the reason, but I guess we have to call NVC to check on this option whether they can accept IV fee without any further delay of 30days if we send it now.
