My boyfriend has recently filed a visa 1-130 petition for his mother which was approved and they have now forwarded all info to The NVC

We are now thinking about getting married and filing for my green card. Will this hinder his mother's case?

Okay, i'm in the us and thought that if I got a joint sponsor on my affidavit of support I'll be able to get status.

I figured that if his mom who is outside of the US got a different joint sponsor that it will be okay as well
