The only advantage of having a lawyer was getting invoiced AOS and IV fee at the same time. My lawyer just wanted to waste time and not prioritize my case because the priority was not current. On top of that they were so inefficient and asking me for documents piece by piece. Most frustrating part was having a lawyer. I had to fight and argue to push my documents through. I do agree with some other folks on the forum. Had I known about VJ I would never have hired a lawyer.

I totally agree with you Munafn and I argued with our lawyer so many times, she even told me that I am really desperate to live with my husband because I asked her question. I do not advise anyone to get a lawyer and I wish if I known this forum before I would had done it myself. Keep pressuring them and do not worry you will get your case closed soon.
