So i have been in states for more than four weeks now and have not received my green card in mail yet.

I paid the fees online through their system as per the instructions in the form i received after my interview. Do we have to do anything else? like visiting any local office to apply for the card in person?

How long does it typically take for green card to arrive by mail once in us?


07/23/13 - I130 Package Sent


07/27/13 - NOA1


11/18/13 - NOA2


12/16/13 - NVC received Case


01/13/14 - NVC Assigned Case Number, BIN and IIN


01/13/14 - Electronic Processing Request Sent


01/15/14 - DS-261 Available and completed


01/16/14 - AOS bill invoice available and paid


01/17/14 - Electronic Processing Request Accepted


02/03/14 - AOS E-Mailed


02/01/14 - IV bill invoice available and paid


02/04/14 - DS-260 Available and completed


02/04/14 - IV package emailed


04/07/14 - Case Complete


04/08/14 - Medical Complete


04/13/14 - Interview Date

It can take up to three months from what I've heard. You don't have to do anything.

I just got my green card on May 21st. My POE was April 10. So it arrived in about 6 weeks. You will get yours soon, don't stress.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

My POE was April 18th and I just received my greencard on May 21st. It has been averaging six weeks for Canada but it can take up to three months, as BatmanFlow has said. Yours should come soon. :)

02/21/2018     Biometrics walk-in
