how to know your service center from the NOA receipt

Hello, ive read this thru here before,but i can't find it now

can any one plz tell me how to read my service center on the NOA receipt or if my case is forwarded to another one..

also ive heard that they are transferring cases from texas now to california ,any confirmations ?

we are filing today

Your case number will start with 2 letters.

TSC - Texas, WAC - California.

And yes, they are transferring a lot of cases to California because Texas is extremely backlogged and have been for a very very long time.

SRC = Texas

WAC = California

If you have recently filed, you should see your letters be WAC, for California.

It should be SRC not TSC, confused myself there for a moment :P

It's impossible to be 100% sure because the trend can change at any moment (though doubt it will happen anytime soon) but hopefully you will be.

Most likely, yes. All new applications are being sent to California. We don't know yet how long that will continue.
