Have you call nvc memo07?

Yes I have called.I'm stuck at IV fee n ds 260.well good news was baby is added n I got my baby invoice.my husband is planning to mail the fee but I'm asking him to wait.

GOod to hear memo07 that youre coming to U.s with your baby.,.my husband called yesterday and they said that they are working on NOV. 2013 filers...its too shy to tell but almost everyday we call nvc,not losing hope to get our IL this august...i will call again probably by next week monday

Memo007!! Check ceac website now, i am able to pay IV fees online! And others who were stuck can now pay iv fee and fill DS 260 … finally its being fixed.. check check checkkk :)

yes my baby is going to be 3 month old on 18 july.No need to worry about baby.if you have not received interview letter Just submit copy of birth certificate to nvc via e mail.when baby is born.

if you get interview letter and baby is born after that you will contact embassy via e mail or phone,and request to add baby they will be needing baby birth certificate and copy of baby passport.(as soon as you feel good go for baby passport.or any 1 from your family or your husband ).If this process takes time then delay your interview date and get one when baby is added.

if you already given interview and baby is born after there is choice of "follow to joint benefit" that you can apply for baby with embassy.

But in your case you will be having baby in mnth of july your case is still at NVC .So write nvc a email when baby is born and send his/her birth certificae with all the info of petitioner and applicant case number and invoice id.

You're welcome :) I just felt that maybe you must not be checking the website as regularly, because we were not expecting it sooner that 10th - 15th july. But it happened! Alhamdulilah! Hopefully journey is faster from now on. Made my husband pay it as soon as he woke up. So now waiting for it to show as paid and then fill DS260. I have already opened a sample pdf of DS260, just so i have all info jotted down and hav it infront of me when im actually filling the form online. Will save us time :)

Many thanks for the detailed explanation. actually, i am a petitioner, my wife is a beneficiary. if i send birth certificate of a baby to nvc will they demand for any fess associated in order to add baby to the existing case? have they asked you about it? i had a fear that my baby would not be granted a visa with mom or have to wait for longgggg time. many thanks

No its just a piece of cake.your baby will join mom hopefully.you will send baby birth certificate only to nvc.no fees and baby will be added.my husband when fillef aos form he wrote baby name in derivate beneficiary.you do not need to pay anything. But yes baby is derivative beneficiary so you will have to pay IV fee separately for baby as well.thts all.now the online system is working you will pay online.

Yes we paid it as well.its the only fees you feel happy to pay...now waiting for the form yes thts the great idea I also check for sample ds 260 form.best of luck many thanks.
