And do they send you and e-mail/text if you signed up for it? We are an October filer. I put together what I believe to be a stellar package, there really is nothing more that I could provide. This is what we provided:

A. Form G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

B. Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (2)

C. Check

C. Our Story

D. Copy of front and back of _____________ Permanent Resident card

E. IRS Tax Transcripts for 2012 & 2013 and refund checks for 2013

F. Designation of Beneficiary 401K

G. __________ enrollment in __________ health insurance

H. Front and back of California driver’s licenses

I. Copies of credit cards, proof of insurance, Social Security cards

J. Copies of joint bills

K. California Power of Attorney for Health Care for both of us

L. Photos of some of our trips together

M. Boarding passes and an itinerary for some of our trips

N. Copies of checks from joint accounts

O. Copies of packages _______ received

P. Copies of cards and letters we have received

Q. Copies of bank statements

R. Copies of all pages of both of our passports

Q. Copy of the Last Will and Testament of _____________

The reason I ask is, I see December filers getting approved and most of the VJers from October at CSC have been approved. I guess I'm just getting ansy/nervous/annoyed. Can't make an InfoPass or send an e-mail as we are not beyond the normal processing times. So, I'm wondering, could they have sent us a RFE that we didn't get? Do you they do anything other than just mail it? Thanks in advance.

You have to use the receipt number from your biometrics and sign up for status updates on the USCIS website. The initial G-1145 would only let you know when it was received.

Normal processing times is 6 months I believe, which you're at.

I do check the web site using the number, it just says they received it. I also signed up for text/e-mail alerts as (like when we had our AOS interview, approved and when we got in the car after the interview, got both a text and e-mail saying approved). April was 6 months, we are now almost through month 7. Just curious if there is any update on the web site/e-mail/text if a RFE is sent out.
