After DNA test I got an email from CSC(courier) to drop passport

My wife had an interview on april 9 2014 in addis abeba Ethiopia. They asked her to do a DNA test because we have son together. now, we got our DNA test and they got the results too. We were waiting to be called for the next process. On may 18, i got an email from the DHL courier service in addis abeba which says to drop my wife's and son's passports and other documents. i don not understand what kind of document to drop except the passport. The officer did not ask my wife other documents... Do u guys advice me to drop my 2014 tax return or only the passport?

and i have not seen Ethiopian embassy to request to drop passport to DHL office..did somebody got similar situation?

I would give them another copy of the DNA results, just in case.

do u think they can ask tax return. it was before April 15 she went to interview my wife. then they asked her to do DNA test. we did the DNA test, so now when they look at our application since April 15 is passed they might ask for new affidavit support? I got a message from the consular to send only her passport though, but u never know how they do it.
