CEAC is not working properly

I was wondering if anyone had problems with CEAC recently.

I received NOA-2 (for k-1 visa) on the 30th of April, on 13th I called NVC and they gave me a case number. However, that case number does not reflect the location of the petition at ceac (it just says "Your search did not return any data." I know that 1 other person had the same problem. So, is there a glitch in ceac now or what? Should I call now NVC to learn new information about my case?
