Been reading a lot on this site to get ready for next steps in the process. I have a quick question.

I am wondering if the Document Cover Sheet from the NVC Welcome Letter is included when sending in the AOS and IV packages, are we still required to send the AOS bar coded cover sheet? Thanks

Yes, you must send both AOS bar code sheet and Document Sheet. The AOS bar code sheet is used at NVC to scan into the system that your package has arrived with all the financial documents listed on the document sheet. The document sheet is used to inform you to place all documents in the order listed. When you pay the IV fee, that letter also includes a bar code sheet. Once you pay the AOS fee you can send all documents ( Financial & Supporting) all in one package but please don't forget to include the AOS bar code sheet.

Yes. What Bella_Rosa09 said. They use the barcode to scan your docs into the system.
