Guys

I applied for AOS based on marriage to USC in July 2005. I had my interview in November but still not received any GC in the mail. Recently I had to get my fingerprints taken for the second time for the I485 case. What does this mean? How long to I have to wait before the damn approval? Can anyone tell me if I am in the minority?

Thanks a lot all

Im sorry to hear that. Just make an appointment at www.uscis.gov and find the INFOPASS. So that you will know what's happened to your Green Card that you will not receive until now.

Sounds like they really screwed up your fingerprints or else the digital record somehow got corrupted. I think the infopass is a good idea. This seems like a long time, but you didn't say how long since you had to redo the fingerprints. Did you change addresses?

Guys

Thanksfor replying. The last time I had my fingerprinting was in August 2005 Time frame. I had just submitted my forms in June-July 2005. And now I got another appt. for biometrics. I did check with the FBI fingerprint hotline and they said they had returned my fingerprints the same day (first time)..

I already had a infopass sometime last year and the clowns at the Philly office did not have anything new to say that I didn't know.
