I-765 and G-325A

Hello VJ members

I just wanna ask some questions regarding of my wife application for Aos in her Form G-325a and I-765.

My question goes like these, in the her form G-325a in the question "ALL OTHER NAMES USED(Include names by previous marriages)" she put her whole maiden name..Like these JEAN BERALOS ABAL ..

And in her form I-765 they also ask like these "OTHER NAMES USED (Include maiden name)" and she only put "BERALOS". Is it fine if she put like that and not her whole maiden name?

On both forms under "other names used" she should type what her name was before she married you if she chose to change her name.
