filing I-751 - Do we have to add AR-11 and I-865 confirmation to evidence?

We moved last year and we were not aware that we have to file AR-11 and I-865 for change of address. I just submitted AR-11 online for my spouse. I'm mailing in I-865 form tomorrow. Right now, I am preparing my husband's I-751. Should I add a copy of confirmation of AR-11 on the evidence?

Also, I just need your input regarding the documents we are turning in.

Here is the list of evidence of marriage and ongoing relationship:

- Copy of green card

- 2014 Tax Return Transcripts

- 2014 Tax statement w/ W2s

- Deed of Trust

- life insurance letter

- joint bank statement

- employee benefits showing beneficiaries

- car insurance

- car title on both of our names

- utility bills on our names

- pictures of us with our families

Should I submit our 2013 tax statements too?

10/19/2015 letter received saying application is approved and green card is on the way! yay!

Make sure you have bank statements that span the entire time. You do not need tax transcripts and tax returns, they do the same thing. I would include 2013 as well yes.

how about the AR-11 confirmation? do I need to include that as well? we bought a house and moved last year so my husband resided in 2 addresses since he became a resident.

If you already completed the AR-11 and you are using the new address on your I-751 application, there is no need to include it.

Actually you do have to include the address on a separate sheet if you have lived in more than one spot, just on a separate attachment sheet. I did not include my ar-11 confirmation sheet though.
