I agree with you.. But the time is running, especially when i remember my little girls' only wish for her 8th birthday on July 21 is for us to be all together on her birthday.. I just can't help but cry.. If only usem CO's would know how painful it is to be separated from ur children.. They must prioritize spouse especially mothers separated from their children.

Thank you greenbaum.I know we can get our visas sooner or later. But just very confusing when they will tell you your approved and they will issue the visa when they get the nbi with aka. It's almost a month. I have faith in God. But very sad to think that we thought we can be together of our 10 yr anniversary

Its only one time we celebrated it together, my status says ready since 19th.no update anymore since then.we are 3 of us here in this topic who have the same problem.if one of them will get issued. I will be happy at least we can say that they are working on our cases.sorry guys if my words are not so encouraging, our problem are being annulled, Maybe the reason why our visas are delayed. I don't lose hope that we will get our visa soon. Prayers is very powerful.

im feeling hopeless...during interview they told me i dont see any problem with your papers..everything are okay. we'll just wait for your medical result. i know the only possible reason i could see why they put me on AP is because i undergone personal evaluation. my God...ive worked in kuwait as a nurse for two years...do they think i have mental problem its because the decision of my annulment is im psychological incapacity. here in the philippines if you have the money you are the one who can apply for annulment even you are the one with third party. me and my hubby live together in Kuwait for two years. how can they do this to us. im waiting for my visa 2 1/2 months now. and the thing i worried since then my status update date never change since the day of my interview.

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

Interesting development on our side... (the times below are all relative to Philippine time)

Around 8am yesterday our ustraveldocs status changed to "Passport has been received from the Consular Section and is currently being processed for delivery.". No results in 2GO yet. CEAC status still AP.

Around 1pm, I was able to get results on 2GO using the UID (case # and passport # didn't work). Status was In-Transit, was already scanned twice apparently, at 9am and 10am.

Around 4pm, 2GO status says "Undelivered - Reason: Hold Transaction for P-UP @ 2GO Mall of Asia" with a scan status "Accepted shipment from customer" at 3:55pm. At this time, ustraveldocs status changed back to "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted"

Around 8pm, we got a text message from 2GO saying "US Visa ready for pick up at 2GO Mall of Asia" (YAY! :dancing:), no email though. CEAC status: AP. ustraveldocs: no status available.

I find it funny how we're getting our visa before the CEAC status went to Issued. Anyone else experience this? I think CEAC may be lagging a bit behind because of the glitch issue last week.

Just give it a little more time, we were in the same boat as you. We were complete and practically approved at the interview but needed the nbi with aka. Interview was Apr 23, we sent the NBI 1 week later, then our status stayed on AP for nearly 2 months before it changed to Ready. Likewise, I have no idea why it took them so long, maybe it was the annulment stuff like you said. I almost lost hope, but the nice people here at VJ helped lift my spirits. If nothing changes in the next few weeks, give them a call and have them escalate your case. Ours changed to Ready about 1 week after I called, but I'm not sure if that's what prompted the change or if it just happened naturally.
