Welcome to the forum. Please help everyone understand where you are in your immigration journey. Are you just starting out? Have you filed the visa petition? Are you at the interview phase?

The DOS Nonimmigrant K1 Visa FAQs has some general information about children of a fiancee(e): http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/fiance-k-1.html

If K1, initially be sure to list the child in the appropriate section on the Form I-129F. Later on in the process, there will be more required paperwork.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
